Blair Minchin

I’m a primary school teacher based in Edinburgh, Scotland. I’ve been teaching for four years, having previously worked in law, specializing in commercial litigation. I adore my job and have a real passion for developing pupil voice inside the classroom. I’m currently leading a whole school sport house initiative aimed at developing a love of exercise and team sports across the school, and am currently partaking in a practitioner enquiry into outdoor learning in numeracy.
