Caitlin Foley
Special Education Teacher
Caitlin has been coteaching in a second grade inclusion classroom for six years as the special education teacher alongside her general education coteaching partner. Together, they create a community of learners that are supported and valued in our classroom community. As a special educator, she modifies lessons to support the needs of her students and creates supports such as preteaching lesson materials or visuals and checklists. As an educator, she views herself first as a student; focused on the belief that it is important for teachers to learn how to best meet students’ needs.
