Charity Stephens, M.Ed Differentiated Instruction is a current classroom teacher of 17 years. During her 7th year of teaching, she had one of the highest fail rates in her building and was placed on a professional development plan. After turning within, she reaffirmed her commitment to teaching by transforming her one size fits all approach to differentiated instruction. Since then she has kept her fingers on the pulse of student learning needs by honoring student voice and choice.
