Courtney Sears is a second grade public school teacher in 1:1 classroom in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She is National Board Certified and a 2015-2017 North Carolina Hope Street Group Fellow. She has been teaching and learning with young children for eighteen years. She is passionate about ensuring that all students have access to high quality instruction and develop mindsets that will help them take the lead in their learning.
