Erin Sharaf
Creator and founder of Mindfulness + Magic, mindfulness based consulting, workshops, mentoring, speaking
Erin is an educator at heart and has taught all ages from toddlers to senior citizens and in the classroom from junior high through graduate school. She is the creator and founder of Mindfulness + Magic and has shared mindfulness in hospitals/medical centers, to community groups and in corporate settings. Erin practiced as a primary care provider for 10 years and did her Physician Associate training at Yale University School of Medicine. She has a master's degree in Integrative Medicine and is a former professional figure skater. Erin has extensive training in mindfulness through the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Healthcare & Society and the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind-Body Medicine among other places. She has been featured on NPR and in Mindful magazine, published in Huffington Post, Elephant Journal and Noodle Education and spoken at large conferences such as SXSW.
