Greg Schnagl

After teaching 19 years, all grades 1-6, in both elementary and middle school environments, I am now helping educational leaders, both administrators and teachers, by reviewing business and professional resources and relating them to our field of education. My research focuses on the ways schools onboard newly hired, experienced teachers and the effects the process has on retention.
