Hope Wilder is the Sociocracy in Schools program manager at Sociocracy for All, a nonprofit dedicated to spreading sociocracy around the world. She founded Pathfinder Community School, a self-directed and self-governing learning community in Durham, North Carolina, which closed in 2020 due to Covid-19. She is the author of Let’s Decide Together, a book about collaborative decision-making with children.
