Jennifer Carlson

Jennifer Carlson, Ph.D., is a professor of curriculum and instruction and literacy at Hamline University. Carlson’s background includes over 20 years of preparing and mentoring aspiring teachers and educational leaders. She specializes in interactive strategies in online and face-to-face learning environments, professional development, uplift, literacy, and leadership. Her most recent co-authored works focus on researching and employing uplift; and integrating positivity, hope, and joy into teaching and leadership practices.
