Jennifer Griffiths is a secondary school English teacher and leader from Perth, Western Australia. She has more than 20 years’ teaching experience in secondary schools, university, and adult education contexts. Her current focus is on working with teachers to empower them to create classroom environments that promote learner agency. Jennifer co-hosts the podcast Innovating Classrooms: Conversations With Educators, which allows her to discuss all her big, wild ideas about teaching.
