Juliana Ewing
High School Science Teacher
Juliana is a veteran high school science teacher of 30 years who has taught in many Title I schools across three states. She has taught special population and general education classes and, based on her experiences in the classroom, was inspired to create a grading policy that increases equity by removing behavior from grades. She has worked to alter her grading policy for five years and, as a result, has built an equitable approach to grading that levels the playing field for all learners no matter their needs.
