Karen Harris
High School English Teacher
Karen Harris, Ed.D., a long-time (27 year) high school English teacher, writer, and researcher. Harris most recently taught in Brookline High School’s democratic program, School Within a School. She is a researcher on the teaching of poetry, and worked with Robert Pinsky for 17 years as teacher-leader at the Favorite Poem Project’s Institute for Educators.
