Karisa Schwanekamp
Instructional Technology Integration Specialist
Karisa Schwanekamp is an instructional technology integration specialist and has been an educator for 20 years. She was an Indiana Top 10 Teacher of the Year finalist in 2023 and believes strongly in real-world, authentic learning. Karisa is a founding member of YaySTEM!, a group whose mission is to bring joy to learning and teaching through STEM education. Karisa is an innovation coach with Keep Indiana Learning, serves on the Central Indiana STEM Ecosystem Advisory Board, and is an ambassador for STEAM in the Park.
