Kitty Boitnott, founder of Teachers in Transition, is a heart-centered career transition and job search coach who specializes in helping burnt-out teachers redirect their passion, skills, education, and experience into new, more fulfilling careers. As a former educator who left education after suffering her own case of burnout, Kitty became a certified stress management and life strategies coach.
In 2015, after working with an international career coaching company, she went solo so she could work exclusively with teachers. She helps teachers figure out what their next steps should be and guides them through the job search process.
