Lina Darwich
Teacher Educator
Dr. Lina Darwich is a teacher educator at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. She obtained her bachelor of education degree from the American University of Beirut. She started her career in education as an elementary school teacher in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Her research focuses on teacher resilience and social and emotional learning (SEL) through an equity lens. She teaches courses on adolescent development, creating supportive classroom communities, and a seminar on SEL.
