Lindsay Kervan

Lindsay Kervan is a middle school science teacher with the Boulder Valley School District in Colorado. She has a master’s degree in education from the University of Colorado and a bachelor’s degree in middle-level education from Valparaiso University. Her thesis on care-based instruction taught her simple connections and strategic interventions go a long way in encouraging student growth in a safe space. She achieved her dream of teaching abroad for a year in the cloud forest of Monteverde, Costa Rica in 2017.
