Mike Setaro

Mike Setaro is currently the principal of an elementary school and oversees the development of multitiered system of supports (MTSS) practices in Millbrook, a New York State public school district. Over the past 17 years, he has been fortunate enough to have leadership roles in both public and private schools. He is an experienced administrator in secondary and elementary education, a special education chairperson, and social studies department lead with a focus on designing curriculum and instruction for students with literacy-based learning difficulties. He is passionate about developing multitiered student supports, cultivating personalized learning experiences, and examining school systems and culture to maximize prescriptive educational design.
