Pamela Randall-Garner works closely with the Collaborating Districts Initiative in her capacity as senior staff advisor at CASEL. Pamela holds a doctorate in education administration from St. Louis University, a master’s degree in education administration from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
