Paula Fusco

Paula Fusco brings over 34 years of educational experience, excelling in fostering positive learning environments and social-emotional growth. Starting as a social studies teacher, she rose to principal at Westerly High and Westerly Middle Schools, championing academic excellence and community support. Retiring in 2022, she served for two years as a social-emotional learning coach at Norwich Public Schools, mentoring teachers in relationship building and restorative practices. Fusco is known for her exceptional leadership, teamwork, and dedication to educational excellence.
