Sarah Stilwell
Educational Psychology Researcher
I’m a PhD candidate in the Combined Program in Education and Psychology at the University of Michigan. As a former elementary school teacher, I’m interested in understanding and defining student and practitioner conceptualizations of effective instruction and developing pedagogical strategies to ensure those definitions align.
I use both qualitative and quantitative research methods and am passionate about developing strategies to bridge research-practice gaps to create learning opportunities that are inclusive and authentic and may help reduce educational equity gaps.
