Steffannie Alter
Admissions Counselor
Steffannie Alter is an admissions counselor at Rice University and former teacher at Bellaire High School in Houston, Texas. In the classroom, she served as a professional learning community lead, literary magazine advisor, and member of the campus shared decision-making committee. Steffannie earned her bachelor's degree in English and master's degree in teaching from Rice University, and has served as a professional development workshop leader through the Susanne M. Glasscock School for Continuing Studies.
