Stephanie Hofer
Assistant Superintendent
Dr. Stephanie M. Hofer is the assistant superintendent of MSD of Decatur Township, starting her 22nd year in public education.
She began her career as a special education teacher in 2000. She continued in MSD of Decatur Township and worked as an instructional coach from 2007 to 2011, and then led the Blue Academy as principal from 2011 until 2017. She moved to the MSD of Decatur Township Administration building, where she served as the director of elementary education and later director of secondary education, and moved into the assistant superintendent role in 2019, where she currently serves.
Dr. Hofer and her husband, Andrew, have two children, Emma (12) and Drew (9).
