Tony Winger

I am currently the principal of Cloverleaf Enrichment School in Douglas County School District in Colorado. I have previously served as principal at Hopkins Elementary and instructional coach at Heritage High School, both in Littleton Public Schools. I have been instrumental in helping teachers reflect on grading practices and encouraging teachers to help their students shift from a grading orientation to a learning orientation.
