Valentina Loseva

This is Valentina Loseva’s 11th year as an educator. As the instructional coach at an urban high school, she partners with teachers in different subjects to build their instructional practice. Over the last few years, she’s had the pleasure of mentoring new teachers. Valentina had a great mentorship experience during her first few years teaching, and her goal is for the teachers she works with to feel supported but also challenged to step out of their comfort zones.
