Dr. Violet Ford is an Associate Partner, Research and Measurement at The Learning Accelerator. Her portfolio of work in education includes examining equitable learning spaces and connections to collaboration, leadership, and community engagement. She is most passionate about supporting leaders and practitioners to implement innovative and effective learning systems for all students. Violet has a multifaceted professional portfolio in research, continuous improvement, and program operations. She lives in Oklahoma with her husband and five children.
